Our Story

In 2011 God gave us the vision to start a garden without knowledge for growing plants; the library and the bible became our source of knowledge. However, after studying Genesis 1:11, this scripture became the purpose and theme for My Biblical Garden.

“And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. ” Gen 1:11

The Scripture Explains:

The broad words grass, tree, and fruit tree encompass all plants, shrubs, and trees. The reference to seed and kind speaks of the fact that the plant kingdom will continue to reproduce. God not only created plants, life: He also set in motion the process that makes plant life reproduce itself.

The True Vine and Branch

In the Bible God always use nature to explain to his people; like the metaphor of a tree in John 15:4-6  NIV

“Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remains in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine and you are the branches. If you remains in me, and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If you do not remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If you do not remain in me, you are  like a branch that is thrown away and withers”….
